Bret Strand is a student at Lawndale High who had a single date with Stacy during the events of Fair Enough.

Although he is not seen on-screen, he is mentioned as part of Stacy Rowe's subplot in Fair Enough.
Bret asked Stacy out and said he'd call her after the first date. He then never called her and pretended he hadn't seen Stacy when she approached him at the school's fair, so he can't have enjoyed the experience. His rejection caused Stacy to cry throughout the entire fair, much to the annoyance of everyone she encountered.
It can be assumed he's popular: Stacy was excited to be asked out by him and Tiffany was interested as well.
