Noah Barkman is a dot-com millionaire and the president of Buzzdome.com who hires Jake Morgendorffer in the episode Sappy Anniversary. He is voiced by Kiki Barrera, credited as "Sydney Perez."

Noah is noted for being a dynamic personality and speaking in a stream of confusing buzzwords and jargon. When Jake enthusiastically spouted jargon back, Noah assumed he was hip to the industry (and only worked out he wasn't when Jake became visibly nervous during a presentation); he liked Jake and found his excitement reminded him of his own beginnings, and quickly re-hired Jake as a consultant after firing him.
In the episode Sappy Anniversary, Noah hires Jake after a few words from Jake remind him of a younger him. He guided Jake along in showing how the company was run, and even enjoyed Jake's phrase "World Wide Webiverse." Towards the end of the episode, after Jake's presentation was lost when his computer crashed and he just ended up spewing out buzzwords, he and the rest of the company realized that Jake knew nothing about computers and was forced to let Jake go. However, he then decided to rehire Jake as an outside consultant so the company could better appeal to his demographic.
